Duration: The land transfer from Matecaña Airport to Hacienda Venecia takes approximately 1.5 hours.

Breakfast. At the agreed time, we will begin our transfer to La Romelia, a charming family farm located in the La Cabaña village, about 40 minutes away. Upon arrival, we will embark on a guided tour with environmental interpretation, exploring its various crops, native forests, and water bodies in an environment where biodiversity thrives in all its splendor. During the walk, we will witness the natural richness that inhabits this green sanctuary.

To end the experience, we will visit the main house, where the founders of La Romelia will warmly welcome us and share the story of this very special place. We will also explore the nurseries, home to an impressive collection of orchids. After the tour, return to the hotel.

Notes: Due to the high number of local and international visitors on Sundays and public holidays, we recommend booking this tour on different days for a better experience. This also applies to Easter, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.

At the agreed time, we will begin an exciting tour to discover the history and essence of coffee. We will learn about its varieties, qualities, aromas, and properties, while enjoying an exquisite freshly brewed cup. Then, we will venture on a walk through the plantations, where we will closely learn about the planting and harvesting process that brings each coffee bean to life. We will also explore the stages of processing and commercialization of coffee, and have the chance to analyze the difference between a perfectly roasted bean and one that does not meet quality standards.

Finally, we will participate in a unique sensory experience, tasting beans with different roasting levels to appreciate how the process enhances the aromas and flavors hidden in each green coffee bean.
