Cartagena and Múcura Island

Arrival in Cartagena, also known as the "Corralito de Piedra" (Stone Yard), reception, and transfer from Rafael Núñez Airport to the selected hotel. Check-in and accommodation.

At the agreed-upon time, you will meet with one of our representatives in the hotel lobby to begin a wonderful tour of this museum city, whose streets and surroundings showcase the charm of its architecture, blending colonial, republican, and modern styles. During the tour, you will pass through the modern Bocagrande district and continue through the Manga neighborhood, where the contrast between the republican architecture and its modern buildings will amaze you. You will then visit the emblematic San Felipe de Barajas Castle, built in 1657. Of course, a short walk through the "historic city center" is a must-see. In 1984, along with San Felipe Castle and the complex of fortifications, the city was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, along with the city's World Heritage Site. To conclude the tour and before returning to your hotel, taking advantage of your stay in the country that produces the world's highest-quality emeralds, you will visit the Emerald Museum. There, you will learn about the evolution of the rarest, most valuable, and, at the same time, most exclusive mineral in the world.

Breakfast. On your last day of travel before returning, make sure you pack the best souvenirs. At the scheduled time, transfer from your hotel to the Cartagena airport for your flight to your home city.
